Raw material contract signed!
By signing the contract, Schott DURAN and QVF Engineering GmbH agreed on the erection of a new 15 t borosilicate glass furnace to produce especially the raw material for QVF glass equipment and secure by this the high quality and reliability of the QVF product range.

Successful November
QVF order book was filled with 4 major orders in November with a value of over 2,5 Mio Euro. They show the wide range of competence in chemical engineering and equipment design of DDPS:
- recovery plant for iodine from waste water
- glass reaction unit for API
- concentration of Sulphuric Acid for Chlorine drying, including a horizontal boiler DN 600, made from borosilicate glass and tantalum
- 2,5 m² Rosenmund filter/dryer for API production
The variation of orders is an expression of trust from our chemical and pharmaceutical customers in the combination of process know-how and in-house production of major equipment. |
