QVF is happy that two of our apprentices, Peter Fassnacht and Sven Kissinger, finished their training as a glassblower successful.

Peter and Sven started their training three years ago, on the 1st of August 2003 in our training workshop. Their education followed the requested schedule. They started with melting simple pipes together, learned to make bows and finally made complicated glass equipment. In addition to the sweaty work with the glassblower lamp they learned all theoretical facts a glassblower needs to know in school. On the 3rd of July 2006, observed by their training manager Birgit Scholles, they passed the final test with good grades.

Peter and Sven will stay with QVF.
