Approved Design
About 250,000 valves, either straight through or angle valves are installed. They are available with flat buttress end or KF ends with the same internals, from DN15 to DN80.

Operating Conditions
Designed and manufactured according PED and marked with a CE-label; operating temperature 180°C, pressure range –1 bar to +3 bar.

PTFE Bellow
With sharp edged convolutions for longer life. Unlike normal bellows there is double the number of convolutions. Therefore the bending of the PTFE is reduced and the resulting bellows is more stable.

Sealing
Regulating plug for better adjustment of the flow and lower pressure drop. The glass seat is fire polished for easy cleaning.

Secondary seal
For high safety the valve is equipped with a secondary seal, that, even in the case of damage to the bellow no product will leak.

TA-Luft
The QVF valve is certified as conforming with TA-Luft regulations from the notifying body TÜV Rheinland. The certificate no. is: 922-960390-2

Universal application
Because of standard dimensions the QVF hand actuated valve can be equipped with pneumatically actuators from different suppliers.

Options
The QVF valve is available without non ferrous metal and also for ATEX installations with dissipative PTFE and earthing of the spindle.
